Level seven has just begun and the late registration period has now come to an end. All we can say about the turnout today is: WOW! There are a total of 80 entries (including 12 re-entries) which is just outstanding! The $5,000 guaranteed prize pool has been smashed and has more than doubled (the prize pool will be published shortly).
The competition is fierce and there is some real talent on the felt today. With the average chip stack just over 34,000, two players have bolted to the top: Kitty S. has taken the lead with a cool 80,000 chips, however, Playground regular Kathy Sawers is literally only 100 chips behind her with 79,900! Talk about a tight race!
