The turnout for the first open event of the Women’s Series has 65 women seated at the tables so far, grinding it out to see who can be the first event champion. This event has already doubled the $5,000 guaranteed prize pool! There are local players as well as many who have come from upper New York state, Vermont, Ottawa, Toronto and everywhere else in between! It promises to be a great event and a great series.

Some of the players in attendance include: Cynthia Paquette, Brigitte Metivier (PLN ambassador and Champion of the 2019 Irish Open Women’s Event), Brigette Korak, Diana Shamshoun, Manon Lucsansky, Natalia Nogina, Danielle Schwartz, Brenda Blackburn, Line St-Pierre, Lisa Pedicelli, Louise Brouillette, Vera G., Diane Montour, and Kathy Sawers.

Late registration is open until the start of level 7 at 2:15pm.
