The players have just returned from the first break of the evening, which also means that the late registration period is now closed. The official number of entries is 145 in tonight’s tournament, which has created a prize pool of $27,260, half of which goes to the payouts, and the other half is in the form of $100 bounty chips. The prize pool will be published shortly.

Quite a few players have started to accumulate bounty chips at the same time that they build their stacks. Martin D. takes the lead with 84,300, followed closely in second place by Simon Gosselin with 82,900.

As is common in pretty much all bounty tournaments, you can hear the sound in the air as dealer’s all over the room keep announcing “the player is all in”, sometimes followed by “and a call”!

On Table 23, Yannick Labattaglia opened the button for 1100 in a limped pot. He had calls from Patrick Killoran in the small blind, Leo Hackenbrock in the big blind, Jose Martin in the cutoff position.

The flop came: and Leo led out for 1500 getting a call from Patrick in the small blind.

On the turn action went check-check.

When the fell on the river, Patrick checked and after a long tank, Patrick made the call.
