The stage is set for an exciting one-night event with a whopping five-figure prize pool guarantee; Event #3 of the June Power Weekend, the $100 + $10 Freeze!

Players will start this event with a stack of 20,000 in chips to play through as many 20-minute levels as needed to divvy up the guaranteed prize pool of at least $10,000.  As there are already 101 players seated at the tables, and with two full hours still remaining in late registration, with the tournament having already passed the guarantee, it looks like that prize pool might even get doubled!

This event marks a return to a traditional tournament structure, as this 10-handed tournament is a freezeout so players have only one life to live. Play is sure to be a little tighter tonight, making for some really good poker. The late registration period will remain open until the beginning of the seventh level of play at 9:15pm.
