The month of December comes with winter, the excitement of the holidays, and Playground’s Anniversary Series! This year, we’re celebrating nine years of constant growth, from a small poker club to a massive entertainment destination with international poker events, electronic gaming, concerts and more. And what better way to celebrate than to play for it!

Join us from December 8 to December 16 for the 9-Year Anniversary Series, a 9-day poker festival offering over $550,000 in guaranteed prize pools. And what’s more, the Grand Prix Canada presented by partypoker LIVE is our Main Event! It is an honour to welcome once again this great multi-day competition, a poker tournament that gives all players the chance to play for a massive prize pool for a minimal buy-in. Guaranteed at $500,000 and priced at $200 + $20, the event offers nineteen starting flights to choose from!

Five online flights and fourteen live flights will send qualifiers to Day 2 on December 15 where the field will be reduced to a handful of players, who will then come back for Day 3 on December 16 to play down to a champion. Try as many times as you wish to send a strong stack to Day 2 between December 8 and December 14, online on partypoker or live at Playground. Proof of vaccination required in Kahnawake

As of Wednesday, September 1, 2021, ′Proof of Vaccination′ (′Vaccine Passport′) will be required for all guests entering the Playground Complex, including The Rail Coal Fire Bistro. This decision was made by the Public Safety Commission of Kahnawake and the MCK and applies to all non-essential businesses within the community of Kahnawake. Over the course of the last week, Playground implemented a series of measures to support the effort to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), which culminated in a complete closure on Friday night at 11:59pm.
