Day 1G attracted 336 players of which the top 48 bagged for Day 2. One player, Jishant Sapra, leaped to the top with a mega chip stack by the very first break and stayed up top for hours. Kevin Hobbs was also high on the leaderboard throughout the evening and when it was all said and done, he bagged the largest stack of the flight with 646,000 chips. Sapra bagged the second largest stack with 486,500. he was followed by Olivier Bonin with 483,500 thanks to a huge pot that he won late in the evening. Alemu Makonen was in third with 384,500, and Jessie Wheatley, the Playground 200 champion from earlier this week, was right behind with 370,000 chips.
