When a poker player wins a WPT Championship, the prize package includes an entry in the WPT World Championship at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The World Championship is underway this week, and going into Day 4 of the 7 day event, the two champions of WPT events held at Playground Poker are both among the leaders with just 24 players left in the field. Amir Babakhani, the winner of the WPT Canadian Spring Championship earlier this month, is the current chip leader with 1,220000 chips (122 big blinds). Playground Poker Players Club member Jonathan Roy, the winner of the inaugural WPT Montreal in November 2012, is sixth with 824000 chips (82 bb).
